About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients in the automotive insurance sector through various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries about insurance policies and claims, providing accurate and timely information.
- Document customer interactions meticulously in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to continuously enhance your knowledge of insurance products and processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential. Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or the insurance industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
