Requirements

  • Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
  • Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or the tobacco industry is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Positive attitude and proactive mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
