About the role
- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Effectively respond to customer inquiries and assist with product information related to tobacco.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to contribute to service improvements.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer issues and enhance their experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Your native language and your nationality should be clearly stated in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or the tobacco industry is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Positive attitude and proactive mindset focused on customer satisfaction.
