About the role

  • Work collaboratively with your team to achieve service level objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay current on product updates and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
  • A strong enthusiasm for technology and home entertainment.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
