About the role
- Provide top-notch customer support to Danish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about home appliance products, ensuring they receive accurate information and resolutions.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product features and potential improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, especially in retail or home appliances, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
