About the role
- Provide exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Effectively handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Accurately document customer interactions to assist in improving service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or retail is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
