About the role
- Provide outstanding customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding food delivery services, resolving issues and providing helpful solutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Danish (written and spoken) is essential.
- A passion for customer service and the food industry.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer needs.
