About the role
- Provide exceptional customer support to Norwegian-speaking clients through multiple communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to food delivery services, resolving issues and ensuring satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals and enhance customer experience.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about the food delivery industry and service offerings.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive and cheerful disposition.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
