About the role
- Deliver high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues related to health products.
- Maintain a professional and caring demeanor in all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions thoroughly to help improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer care.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay abreast of product knowledge and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in health products, is an advantage but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
