About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients looking to make hotel reservations through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with their inquiries, including booking details, changes, and cancellations, while providing relevant information about the hotel properties.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions with customers.
- Document customer interactions accurately to help improve service and support.
- Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in regular training to stay informed about hotel offerings and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in the required language(s) (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- A positive attitude and the ability to handle challenges with grace.
