About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communications channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Efficiently handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide product information to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all customer interactions.
- Document customer interactions accurately to assist in improving services.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer issues effectively.
- Engage in continuous training to stay informed about products, services, and customer service best practices.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
