Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Previous experience in customer service or retail is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving abilities.
