About the role
- - Provide high-quality customer service assistance to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- - Address customer inquiries regarding frozen products and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- - Maintain clear and positive communication with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- - Document and log customer interactions to improve service quality.
- - Work collaboratively with fellow team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.
- - Partake in ongoing training to stay informed about product offerings and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- - Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- - Must be currently residing in Greece.
- - In possession of AMKA and AFMI
- - Enthusiasm for customer service and the retail environment.
- - Previous experience in customer service is beneficial but not essential.
- - Strong communication skills and a friendly disposition.
- - Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- - A proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- - Willingness to grow and develop within the company.
