About the role

Requirements
- Fluency in Flemish (spoken and written) is required.
- Must live in Greece
- In possession of AMKA and AFMI
- Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in customer service or related fields is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology and open to learning new systems.
- **Currently residing in Greece is mandatory.**
- **EU passport or equivalent work authorization is required.**
