About the role
- Provide outstanding customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via various communication channels.

Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is a must.
- Must currently reside in Greece.
- In possession of AMKA and AFMI
- Genuine passion for customer service and commitment to sustainability.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic industry focused on renewable energy.
