Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience with a track record of building and scaling consumer products, including 0 to 1 launches
  • Strong product sense with experience driving DAU growth, engagement, or social and community-based experiences
  • Experience working with recommender systems, machine learning, or AI-driven products
  • Ability to define clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap in ambiguous spaces
  • Design-minded with an interest in prototyping and building high-quality user experiences
  • Data-informed with strong judgment across qualitative and quantitative inputs
  • Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Passion for building products that connect people and foster community
