Requirements

6+ years of experience in software development
Strong experience with Python or a similar language
Experience designing and building identity or authentication systems
Familiar with security and privacy concerns inherent to identity data
Comfortable with data storage techniques and understanding of data modeling
Worked on consumer-facing features with quality focus
Energetic about fast iteration and MVPs
Takes pride in creating elegant solutions to complex problems
Strong product-minded engineering culture by mentoring and guiding engineers
Belief in Patreon's mission of giving creators control over their work and building communities.
