About the role
- Discover company-level opportunities and bring clarity through high-fidelity prototypes
- Work with Research, Product and Engineering on end-to-end design solutions
- Develop innovative patterns and systems across the design organization
- Create and iterate on prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and key flows
- Contribute to the visioning and execution of a multi-phased overhaul of the product
- Own and redefine key parts of the core Patreon product
Requirements
- 7+ years of crafting end-to-end product design experiences
- Portfolio demonstrating shipping world-class customer experiences impacting business metrics
- Deep organization and execution skills in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in design thinking methodologies for user-centered outcomes
- Commitment to craft & product excellence
- Collaborative and service-oriented approach
