About the role
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Manage hardware provisioning, inventory, and lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot software, network, and system issues across Windows and macOS environments.
- Support onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and access provisioning.
- Maintain documentation of support procedures and known issues.
- Collaborate with Security and Infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist in deploying updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Educate users on best practices and new technologies.
- Deliver and improve a fantastic Employee Experience, for onboarding and internal support.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with MDM tools (Intune, etc.).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
