About the role
- Sales Powerhouse - Conduct 7 - 10 high-value discovery calls and demos per day, confidently navigating both commercial and technical conversations with potential clients to uncover their needs.
- Revenue Driver - Close new business consistently at or above quota, maintaining a 20%➕ close rate and driving at least $100K per month in cash (scaling significantly as you ramp).
- Strategic Closer - Guide prospects through our 2-3 week sales cycle, educating them on how our solution can drive short-term results and long-term scalability.
- Pipeline Expert - Control follow-up with precision, drive urgency that converts, build strong relationships and follow CRM best practices to keep your pipeline full and moving.
- Sales Innovator - Bring fresh ideas and contribute strategies that improve demo flow, objection handling, positioning and overall sales leverage to support our ambitious growth goals.
Requirements
- Proven Sales Track Record: 2+ years closing sales deals where you personally generated $50 - $100k➕per week.
- High-Ticket Experience: You’ve successfully sold $10k+ deals and know how to engage high-value clients.
- Top Performer: You’ve been in the top 10% of your sales team and thrive in high-performance environments.
- Industry Know-How: Experience in SaaS or the coaching/creator economy is a huge plus!
- Technical Fluency - You’re comfortable explaining technical product features, or AI concepts in simple, commercial and user-friendly terms.
- AI Curiosity - You understand (or are actively deepening your knowledge of) AI-driven tools and can speak confidently about how they create leverage.
- Hunter Mentality - You don’t wait for perfect conditions. You create urgency and control the close.
- Storytelling & Influence: You know how to ask the right questions, build trust, and communicate value concisely.
- North America Time Zone Availability: EST preferred, PST acceptable.
- OPTIONAL but POWERFUL: If you can share recorded sales/closing calls to demonstrate your expertise, that's a huge plus! While not required, it’ll help set you apart and showcase your exceptional skills.
