About the role
- Review credit worthiness of current and potential customers
- Review orders to determine potential risk for fulfillment
- Engage with customers through phone calls and emails
- Process credit applications and daily order review queues
- Manage rejected/returned emailed statements and update customer contact information
- Solve problems quickly to collect cash from revenue regularly
Requirements
- 2+ years of high-volume collections and/or credit experience
- Amazing Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience with SAP or other ERP software (preferred but not mandatory)
- Must have a quality, high-speed internet connection at home
