Full-stack Engineer

• Develop/maintain/extend PartnerStack’s Vue.JS frontend and Python backend software systems, maybe some Terraform for good measure
• Lead technical projects and be the go-to resource for the team
• Act as the primary subject matter expert for questions from both within and outside of the Engineering group
• Contribute to the team’s delivery processes - we ship multiple times per day
• Exemplify engineering expertise in crafting stable, maintainable, high-performing systems
• Partner with leadership in Design and Product Management to drive constant improvements to overall product strategy
• Actively reach out and collaborate with other teams share knowledge, investigate new technology and keep constant momentum
• Mentor, sponsor, and encourage coworkers

Staff Engineer

Customer Success Manager

• Manage the success of their assigned accounts, ensuring customers get fast time to value and realize value in outcomes including - optimized and expanded programs, revenue generation and clear return on investment
• Develop strategies for their customer growth and retention
• Educate and advocate for how PartnerStack can solve their needs
• Establish regular connection and communication - weekly/bi weekly check ins with key stakeholders, and quarterly business review with executive leadership focused on revenue generations and customer objectives for using PartnerStack
• Review customer feedback and prioritize feature requests
• Analyze data and metrics around customer engagement and growth
• Ensure onboarding of new customers leads to success and active programs
• Drive renewals and expansion
• Foster relationship between their customers and the PartnerStack support team for technical issues, minor product problems or requests, training, and basic business questions

Consultant

• Become an expert on the PartnerStack platform and continuously learn features being released and suggest how to improve our product
• Coordinate and guide customer onboarding projects from kick-off to launch. This includes the creation of work back schedules and acting as the primary point of contact
• Train customers on various aspects of the Partnerstack platform
• Document key decisions that will help guide the customers with future platform decisions
• Conduct extensive discovery about partner experiences, goals and pain points in an effort to make informed and consultative recommendations
• Work cross-functionally with teams across the organization to help customers launch their program in the most effective way
