Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Assist with benefits administration and liaise with providers on employee inquiries.
Support payroll by ensuring accuracy of employee data, leaves, and changes.
Support performance management.
Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Prepare HR reports and metrics.
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
Support the recruitment team and assist during busy periods.
Support HR projects and initiatives across Partner One’s worldwide portfolio, including cross-border compliance, employee transitions, and global policy alignment.
Participate in audits and special initiatives involving Canadian and international teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–5 years of HR generalist experience, well-versed in HR practices in Canada and other regions.
Hands-on experience in employee relations, HR administration, and compliance.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
CPHR designation (or in progress) is considered an asset.
