Operations

• Become a super-user of Partly’s inventory management system - The Partly PIM - and other apps in the Partly ecosystem, understanding how buyers find parts that fit their vehicle
• Scope, develop, and implement user-centric solutions that harness the Partly Platform and maximise customer success during onboarding
• Build integrations
• Work closely with the Engineering team, providing well-defined requirements and guidelines to develop industry-leading products
• Engage with customers in rigorous testing phases to iterate and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement
• Lead research and development into the optimal experience for a key customer segment while reporting to the Dismantler Commerce team

Operations Associate Intern

Data Engineer

• Technical owner of data pipelines and infrastructure: design, build, and optimise robust systems to ingest, process, and deliver data at scale
• Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines that ingest, transform, and process automotive parts and vehicle data from multiple sources
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to understand data needs and ensure customer success
• Implement best practices: schema management/versioning, pipeline version control, automated validation, lineage tracking, orchestration, testing, and monitoring
• Optimise performance and cost of pipelines and infrastructure while maintaining reliability and scalability
• Develop visualisations and APIs to surface insights and support customer-facing features
• Collaborate cross-functionally to solve customer problems and meet business requirements
• Build reusable data models and transformation logic to generalise structures for new customers and markets
• Act as a technical voice for data within the organisation, shaping Partly's data platform

Solutions Engineer

• Work with larger customers to deeply understand their business and make sure they are set up for success
• Build business cases based on available data
• Interpret, collect, ingest, transform, and map parts and vehicle data, generalise this for data transformation
• Communicate cross-teams to solve customer problems and ensure deadlines are met
• Act as the voice of the customer for our product team by gathering, summarising and sharing customer issues
• Identify ways to provide customers with the information and answers they need before they have to ask
