About the role
- Own staffing as a business center with full responsibility for P&L, business objectives, and delivery targets.
- Deliverables (on time) as the primary KPI.
- Work closely with Sales and Account Managers to monitor gaps, client expectations, process progress, and prioritize requirements.
- Independently plan, execute, and build teams to deliver and partner with businesses.
- Coordinate with global business units and clientele.
- Build, mentor, motivate, and create a professional, accountable workforce.
- Develop and promote best recruiting practices and increase team productivity by introducing new methods and procedures.
- Proactive planning and strategizing for timely delivery of talent as per business demand.
Requirements
- 15+ years of IT staffing experience, including 3+ years leading multi-team deliverables.
- Strong US recruitment background with experience in top staffing firms.
- In-depth knowledge of USCIS policies and US staffing strategy.
- Demonstrated expertise in team management, client engagement, and delivery excellence.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and effective in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in HR, Talent Acquisition, or Business Management (preferred).
