About the role

  • This hands-on role demands extensive expertise in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics to design, construct, and deploy sophisticated AI-driven systems tailored to clients' unique requirements.
  • The AI Solutions Architect will focus on developing intelligent Agents and leveraging Agentic Process Automation to streamline and enhance business operations.
  • The AI Solutions Architect will identify high-value use cases, assess feasibility during workshops, and develop prototypes as part of proof-of-concept initiatives.
  • They will lead and deliver pilot projects to demonstrate AI capabilities, validate concepts, and gather client feedback for usability evaluations.
  • Additionally, they will create transformational designs and architectural visions that seamlessly integrate with existing infrastructures, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to internal teams and clients.
  • Guide the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring best practices and technical excellence.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to keep projects on track.
  • Address and resolve technical challenges that arise during project development and deployment.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of AI solutions to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  • Perform usability evaluations and make necessary adjustments based on client feedback.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize deployed AI systems for performance and scalability.
  • Document architectural designs, project plans, and technical specifications.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain thorough records of project progress, decisions, and outcomes.
  • Drive AI-driven digital transformation initiatives that deliver measurable value to clients.
  • Contribute to the development of AI best practices, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums to showcase AI expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI and machine learning solutions.
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate; Azure Solutions Architect Expert; Data Scientist Associate; Azure Data Engineer Associate; Power Platform Fundamentals
  • Relevant certifications in Machine Learning, Data Analytics, and Cloud Computing
  • Deep understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analytics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and Java.
  • Knowledge of data processing and analysis tools such as Microsoft PowerBI and Fabric
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their AI services.
  • Ability to interpret and manipulate large datasets to draw meaningful insights.
  • Experience in developing and evaluating AI models and algorithms.
  • Ability to design and implement scalable and reliable AI solutions.
  • Experience in creating architectural blueprints and technical specifications.
  • Understanding of system integration and interoperability principles.
  • Experience with automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
  • Experience in managing AI projects from conception to deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and provide mentorship.
  • Proven track record of driving AI initiatives and delivering successful projects.
  • Understanding of how AI can be applied to solve business problems and create value.
  • Ability to align AI solutions with clients' business objectives and strategies.
  • Awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft 365 services.
  • Solid experience in data analytics, data engineering, and data visualization using Microsoft tools such as Power BI.
  • Demonstrated experience in solution architecture, including creating architectural designs and integrating AI solutions with existing systems.
  • Extensive experience in engaging with clients and consulting to understand their business needs, assess client requirements, and drive change management initiatives.
  • Proven experience in integrating AI solutions with business domains, addressing enterprise concerns, adhering to industry standards, and leveraging established patterns and best practices.
  • Seasoned experience working in an agile development environment, with a focus on iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Strong experience in developing, selling, and delivering technical solutions that meet client requirements and demonstrate measurable value.
  • Seasoned professional technical, IT, or operations experience within a large-scale (preferably multinational) technology services environment, covering areas such as software development, technical presales, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven ability to lead and deliver pilot projects, manage project timelines, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific AI applications and trends, with the ability to adapt solutions to meet the unique requirements of different sectors.
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English.
