Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-3 years of experience in software development, programming, or a similar role; fresh graduates with strong internships or personal projects are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java) and familiarity with web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React, Node.js).
  • Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly in using large language models for code generation or automation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms or online development environments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug code and address complex technical challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate ideas in natural language and collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or similar) (preferred).
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL) and version control systems (e.g., Git) (preferred).
  • Interest in logistics-specific challenges, such as supply chain optimization or data-driven decision-making (preferred).
  • Experience with AI ethics or prompt engineering for development tasks (preferred).
