About the role
- Manages employee relations, workforce development and readiness, retention and engagement activities
- Provides consultative guidance and coaching to managers on workplace conflict resolution and performance improvement plans
- Collaborates with Line of Business Leaders and Talent Management teams for talent management planning
- Assists with post-employment processes including separation documentation and exit survey analysis
- Provides coaching and assistance to associates with conflict resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent combination of training and work experience
- Minimum of 3 years' HR experience required
- SHRM-CP maintained, or obtained within 1 year
- Thorough understanding of Park National Bank policies and procedures preferred
