About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manages employee relations, workforce development and readiness, retention and engagement activities
  • Provides consultative guidance and coaching to managers on workplace conflict resolution and performance improvement plans
  • Collaborates with Line of Business Leaders and Talent Management teams for talent management planning
  • Assists with post-employment processes including separation documentation and exit survey analysis
  • Provides coaching and assistance to associates with conflict resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field or equivalent combination of training and work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years' HR experience required
  • SHRM-CP maintained, or obtained within 1 year
  • Thorough understanding of Park National Bank policies and procedures preferred
