• Prospecting: Researching target accounts and identifying key decision-makers with defined ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
• Outreach: Conducting high-volume outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to engage prospective customers.
• Lead Qualification: Identifying prospect pain points and assessing fit for the product/service.
• Meeting Booking: Scheduling discovery calls and demos for Sales Consultants, ensuring accurate handoff and context.
• Pipeline Generation: Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets for meetings booked and qualified pipeline created.
• CRM Management: Logging activities and maintaining accurate records in HubSpot.
• Collaboration: Working closely with marketing and Sales Consultants to align messaging, provide feedback on lead quality and refine outreach strategies.
