• Lead project management for P2P/O2C implementations, overseeing schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure smooth execution and high client satisfaction.
• Provide hands-on consulting for process automation, analyzing and optimizing client P2P and O2C workflows to deliver tailored, automation-driven solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end implementation journey, from capturing client requirements to organizing customized solutions, driving adoption, and supporting continuous improvement.
• Build trusted client relationships, using proactive, solution-focused communication to anticipate needs and maximize the value of Parashift’s platform.
• Oversee project prioritization and progress, conducting regular reviews to maintain momentum, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of critical outcomes.
