About the role

  • Hit the Phones (High-Volume Outbound): You are not afraid of the phone. You will execute a high volume of daily outbound calls to connect with decision-makers (COOs, Process Owners) in midmarket and enterprise companies.
  • The Tip of the Spear: You are the first human touchpoint for Parashift. You break through the noise, pitch our value proposition (Smart-Triage in Mailroom, massive process efficiency), and handle initial objections with confidence.
  • Qualify & Book Meetings: Your ultimate goal is pipeline generation. You qualify prospects and book high-quality meetings for our Account Executives and our VP of Sales.
  • Master the Tech Stack: You will use modern SaaS sales tools (CRM, outreach platforms, AI assistants) to organize your daily cadence and maximize your output.
  • Learn and Absorb: You will work directly alongside our VP of Sales and senior team members, absorbing their playbook, sitting in on closing calls, and learning exactly how technical and complex B2B deals are won.

Requirements

  • Unmatched Ambition & Grit: You don't need a massive track record yet, but you must have a "crazy-ass" work ethic. You are hungry, determined to prove yourself, and ready to put in the reps.
  • AI Automation DNA & Tech-Savvy: You either already have hands-on experience with AI-based automation, or you possess the absolute hunger and fast-learning ability to master these AI concepts at lightning speed. You understand software quickly and are genuinely obsessed with how AI transforms businesses.
  • Sharp Mind & Fast Learner: You are exceptionally quick on the uptake. You absorb complex technological and business concepts rapidly, implement feedback immediately, and continuously strive to refine your pitch.
  • Precise Communication: You are highly articulate and incredibly precise with language. Whether written or spoken, your communication is sharp, professional, and confident, allowing you to spar eye-to-eye with C-level executives.
  • Discipline: Outbound sales is a numbers game that requires relentless consistency. You possess the mental toughness to handle rejection, pick up the phone again, and hit your daily activity metrics without someone watching over your shoulder.
  • Transport & Logistics (T&L) Advantage (Huge Plus!): Any previous experience, background, or network within the Transport & Logistics sector (freight forwarders, carriers, 3PLs) is a massive advantage and will heavily accelerate your success here.
  • Languages: Native-level German and fluent English are mandatory. French is a big plus.
