About the role
- Support the product roadmap and strategy and be a SME for Live Sports
- Evolve and maintain homes for sports leagues and ensure consistency across all platforms
- Draft requirements to enable feature innovation across Live TV, search, and discovery
- Clearly define feature requirements and business logic for agile scrum teams, CMS and API teams, and design partners
- Set KPI-driven priorities and use data to understand customer habits and needs
- Align stakeholders (marketing, operations, data tracking, etc.) on delivery scope for sports events and leagues
- Support strategic discussions on the future direction of the Paramount+ product and user experience
- Manage cross-functional relationships and navigate competing priorities
- Drive testing and UAT for feature and league rollouts across all sports leagues
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management or related field
- Experience leading projects/initiatives and managing cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience drafting detailed product requirements (user stories, PRDs)
- Experience working with agile scrum methodologies and engineering teams
- Ability to assess market trends and bring innovative thinking
- General interest in sports
