About the role

  • Serve as day-to-day business contact for assigned licensee portfolio, conducting regular strategic business reviews and performance check-ins
  • Execute forward-thinking partner management to ensure licensees capitalize on all major retail selling seasons and franchise tentpole moments
  • Coordinate with Global Creative Group on daily product approvals, rush requests, and exclusive artwork access to maintain development momentum
  • Monitor license performance against contractual obligations, sales targets, and quality standards
  • Partner with Retail Development teams to align licensee strategies with key account initiatives and seasonal priorities
  • Support retail presentations and buyer meetings to strengthen account relationships and secure placement
  • Prepare and quarterly revenue forecasts with detailed analysis of performance trends and category drivers
  • Support Sr. Director in portfolio P&L management, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions
  • Identify new licensing opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring within sleepwear and basics categories
  • Lead deal execution process including term negotiation, deal memo creation, financial due diligence (D&B checks), and contract coordination with Legal
  • Coordinate new licensee onboarding including Creative 101 sessions, brand guidelines distribution, and operational setup
  • Align sleepwear and basics programs with broader franchise strategies, content calendars, and consumer products roadmaps
  • Maintain current knowledge of sleepwear, basics, and accessories market trends, pricing, and competitive landscape
  • Ensure all licensed products meet brand standards and creative guidelines across Paramount's IP portfolio

Requirements

  • 3+ years in licensing, brand management, consumer products, or related commercial role
  • Proven experience managing a wide range of licensee partnerships and contributing to revenue growth
  • Experience with sleepwear, apparel basics, or accessories categories preferred
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Financial acumen with ability to evaluate P&L statements, royalty reports, and sales data
