• Implement SEO best practices and keyword strategies across all content to increase search visibility and organic traffic.
• Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, creative, and product, to ensure content supports broader organizational goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest content formats, industry trends, and emerging digital platforms to keep the content strategy fresh and relevant.
• Manage the content budget and allocate resources effectively across various projects and initiatives.
• Recruit, train, and mentor content creators and other team members, fostering an environment of creativity and high performance.
• Present creative concepts and strategies to clients or senior executives, effectively articulating the vision and addressing feedback.
• Manage and work inside the creative budget for projects and the department.
• Stay informed on the latest trends in design, advertising, and digital media to produce innovative and relevant work.

• Develop, manage, and optimize internal systems and SOPs for creative workflow.
• Guide planning and execution of client projects, ensuring budgets, timelines, and resources are managed.
• Support business development by helping create project scopes and engaging prospective clients.
• Oversee HR functions including payroll and recruitment to build and sustain the team.

Director, Agency Operations
