  • Manage tech budgets, timelines, and key metrics
  • Speak at events, write articles, and build our visibility in tech circles
  • Mentor, and retain world-class engineers

Requirements

  • French and English fluency required
  • You have a track record of being a startup-savvy CTO building world-class teams and products from 0 → 1
  • You’re obsessed with shipping, learning, and improving—always data-informed, never perfectionist
  • You’re both strategic and hands-on: able to design architecture and jump into code when needed
  • You care deeply about education, personal growth, and impact—and want your work to matter
  • You lead with energy, clarity, and empathy—and attract A-players who want to follow your lead.
