Customer Success Manager

• Own the customer lifecycle at scale — driving adoption, satisfaction, and value realization across a broad customer base.
• Use data and analytics to identify risks, uncover opportunities, and deliver proactive engagement strategies.

• Identify and engage with independent grocery stores, regional chains, and retail decision-makers across key markets
• Develop long-term relationships with prospects through consultative conversations, not high-volume cold calling
• Qualify leads and set meetings for Account Executives, focusing on cashier automation, self-checkout solutions, and shrink reduction
• Help identify and nurture relationships with industry resellers and partners who can open doors to multiple retailers
• Work with grocery associations to build relationships and generate pipeline
• Stay informed on retail technology trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points

Sales Development Representative

Product Manager

• Conduct customer research, client calls, and interviews to uncover operational pain points, transform insights into product requirements, and launch new pilot programs with retail partners to validate solutions in real-world environments (coordinating teams to accomplish installations, data integrations, and pilot operations)
• Master stakeholder relationships across retail operations, loss prevention, store management, and corporate leadership while aligning business and technology teams
• Write speclets, PRDs, personas and collaborate with Product Owners and their teams who deliver new features in 2-week sprints

Financial Planning and Analysis

• Oversee all aspects of the company’s financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, treasury, and compliance.
• Lead and develop the finance team; foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain and manage the company’s budget and cash flow, ensuring the organization operates efficiently and sustainably.
• Provide forward-looking financial analysis and metrics to support strategic and operational decision-making.

• Coordinate with field technicians for on-site installations and repairs when remote resolution isn't possible
• Managing installations of POSIX/Linux-based embedded systems, AWS IoT, Windows services and field devices
• Configure and maintain device networking, including USB network interfaces, VPN connections and firewall rules
• Implement automated monitoring and alerting for device health and performance
• Maintain device inventory, documentation, and configuration management systems
• Support new location installations by configuring devices pre-deployment
• Create and maintain installation procedures and technical documentation
• Provide technical guidance to field installation teams
