About the role
- Lead daily accounting and finance operations with precision and regulatory compliance.
- Inspire and develop a high-performing team through coaching, training, and performance management.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or accounting required; Master’s degree preferred.
- CPA required.
- 8-10 years in accounting role with audit and financial reporting experience.
- Public accounting and manufacturing experience preferred.
- 2-4 years of people management experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Power BI or Tableau, and Python or SQL.
- Oracle experience preferred (FCCS, ARCS, Fusion); ERP implementation experience a plus.
- Experience with AI, automation, and data driven decision-making a plus.
- Customer focus, excellent leadership skills, and strong communication skills.
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; Panduit will not sponsor work visas.
- All roles, including remote positions, require an in-person interview as part of the hiring process.
- This role will require you to be in the office 50% of the time (schedule based on manager's discretion).
