- Coach and manage a team of Assistant Store Manager and Retail Assistants
- Develop store culture filled with passion for brand and high-performance selling environment
- Build, coach, and inspire a team of talented Pandorians, providing feedback and guidance
- Identify and resolve performance issues in partnership with Divisional Sales Manager and HR
- Guarantee timely implementation of visual merchandising directives and efficient operational processes
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance selling environment
- Developed a sense of Care in communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organisation
- Strong business acumen with analytical thinking
- Skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing exceptional teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems
