About the role

  • Act as a steward of how D&T operates across domains, portfolio, and strategic initiatives
  • Define, maintain, and evolve frameworks, governance mechanisms, methods, templates, and tools
  • Facilitate co-creation with domains and teams
  • Develop and run onboarding, training, and capability-building programmes
  • Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops
  • Prepare and build foundations enabling Portfolio governance and ways of working into the era of AI

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in PMO, processes, Operating Models, and delivery governance roles within large-scale technology organisations
  • Strong experience designing and stewarding delivery frameworks, governance models, and operating models
  • Excellent stakeholder management, narrative building and communication skills
  • Proven ability to enable adoption through facilitation, clarity, and collaboration
  • Solid understanding of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery methods
  • Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe) are an advantage
