About the role
- Responsible for the efficient management of the store at 360°, both in terms of shop activities and team management.
- Ensure achieving and exceeding sales targets (quantitative and qualitative, individual and team).
- Ensure an excellent shopping experience to each customer.
- Plans different activities monthly, weekly and daily, assigning tasks clearly and monitoring completion.
- Manages the scheduling of sales associates’ work shifts.
- Supervises the efficiency and performance of the sales associates, providing regular feedback and support.
- Promotes motivation among sales staff and maintains a positive work environment.
- Responsible for the training on the job of new sales associates and continuous training of the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Retail as Store Manager/Department Manager or Section Manager.
