About the role
- Picking, packaging and distribution of sold items
- Placing products and refilling the packaging areas
- Working with IT required for printing and handling of order/return fulfillment (no nightshifts)
- Providing a professional level of customer service via phone and email with emphasis on strong after sales service
- Checking and counting stock received for eCommerce inventory and shipping material
- Ensuring all returns are processed correctly and dealt with efficiently and timeously
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent
- 1+ years work experience in a similar role
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good level of Dutch and English
- Ability to work harmoniously with a diverse range of people
- Proficient with using tools required for this position
- Physically agile and dexterous
- Hands-on mentality
