About the role
- Reports to Store Manager and supports the efficient management of the store
- Ensures achieving and exceeding sales targets (quantitative and qualitative)
- Provides guidance to help the store’s team assist customers effectively
- Manages scheduling of sales associates’ work shifts
- Supervises the efficiency and performance of the sales associates
- Promotes a high level of motivation among sales staff
- Supports in Selection process of Sales Associates
- Masters all features of the product and supports Store Manager in training
- Monitors the store budget and works to achieve sales targets
- Supervises regular renewal of store displays and merchandising campaigns
Requirements
- Previous experience in Retail as Store Manager/ Deputy/Department Manager or Section Manager.
