Requirements
8-10 years of experience as a Website Manager or similar role, with a significant portion of that time spent at a top-tier B2B SaaS company.
Proven track record of managing high-performing websites that successfully balance strong brand visuals with aggressive performance objectives.
Deep expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), including extensive experience with A/B testing methodologies and tools.
Strong understanding of web analytics and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
A keen eye for design and an understanding of how visual elements contribute to user experience and brand perception.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams including marketing, product, sales, and engineering.
