About the role
- Coordinates hospital activities concerned with admissions and registration.
- Supervises Inpatient Admissions Coordinator(s).
- Works closely with Clinical and Physician Navigators to direct physician referrals and conversions and resolve customer service concerns.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- High school diploma and three years transferable experience.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in healthcare admissions/ registration setting; some supervisory experience preferred.
