AI Engineer

• You will manage the AI roadmap and progressively transfer external expertise into a robust in-house structure.
• You will identify and prioritize use cases across the value chain, develop concepts, and support them organizationally and technically through to successful go-live.
• You will independently implement initial iterations, integrate APIs, and verify technical feasibility together with IT.
• You will coach internal “AI champions” within the business units, reduce reluctance to engage with AI, and establish a sustainable training program for the entire workforce.
• You will define clear KPIs (such as user adoption and time savings) and track the measurable business impact of your projects.

AI Implementation Lead

Data Engineer

• You take functional responsibility for the stable operation and further development of the central data warehouse and ETL landscape
• You analyze data and process disruptions, coordinate sustainable remediation, and moderate ad‑hoc solution sessions in operational support
• You drive the strategy to strengthen internal technical knowledge of data storage and dashboard design (e.g., in Tableau) and to reduce dependence on external service providers
• You serve as the central point of contact for business units such as Finance and Risk Management. You capture requirements, maintain the backlog, and prioritize implementation in a hybrid/agile working mode
• You oversee collaboration with external vendors and internal stakeholders and support the continuous optimization of the data platform
