IT Director

Security Engineer

• You will lead the expansion and further development of IT security in Germany — from defining the security strategy to embedding it in local structures
• You will develop and maintain central security policies, architectures and requirements in alignment with group standards and ensure their implementation within the German organizations
• You will identify and assess security risks, vulnerabilities and threats and derive effective, practical measures to improve the security posture
• You will manage the implementation of security policies and frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, BSI IT-Grundschutz) and monitor compliance as well as adherence to legal requirements such as the GDPR
• You will coordinate incident management at a national level, manage external partners (e.g., SOC/MDR, penetration testing, managed services) and be responsible for KPI/SLA controlling

Information Security Officer

• You will lead the expansion and further development of IT security in Germany — from strategy to operational implementation
• You will manage core security measures such as access controls, firewalls and cloud security (Azure) and provide hands-on operational support to the team
• You will work closely with business units and international stakeholders, translate regulatory requirements (e.g., setting up SOC/MDR) and embed them into the German organization
• You will regularly assess IT security processes at our sites (e.g., business continuity plans, risk analyses), identify improvements and oversee their implementation
• You will establish a central security structure for HomeServe Germany, exchange best practices with the Group and contribute your own ideas to the long-term security strategy

Full-stack Engineer

• As Lead Software Architect you are a central technical authority and shape the architecture strategically and methodically:
• You take on an overarching architecture role and advise development teams on architectural decisions.
• You develop and maintain a methodological toolkit for software architecture (including documentation, guidelines and best practices).
• You ensure that complex, highly secure applications (e.g. microservices, event-driven architecture, DDD) comply with regulatory requirements and good practices.
• You bring hands-on expertise in cloud-native technologies (Spring Boot, Kubernetes, Docker, Helm charts) into an on-premise-oriented environment and drive the further development of the architecture with a focus on scalability, modularity and future operating models.
• You assume a lateral leadership role, support knowledge management and act as a multiplier for technical excellence across the company.

• Together with the team, you steer the planning, prioritization and implementation of automation solutions, taking into account regulatory requirements, industry-specific standards and internal policies
• You identify suitable processes for Robotic Process Automation, evaluate new technologies and tools, and drive the continuous advancement of the overall automation strategy
• With strong conceptual skills, you analyze complex business processes, uncover untapped potential, and decide where automation delivers the greatest value
• As a communicative interface, you work closely with internal departments (service and product teams), external partners and management

Head of Process Automation

Support Engineer

• You will provide 2nd level support for the nationwide digital radio network with a focus on base stations, including fault analysis, problem management and incident resolution
• You will support and coordinate the integration and migration of new Nokia base stations and their remote configuration
• You will perform software updates and configuration changes to ensure stable operation of the network infrastructure
• You will work in change and configuration management and ensure thorough documentation of your tasks
• You will actively contribute to projects and the continuous development of the nationwide mobile network infrastructure

Customer Support Engineer – Radio Network

• Ausbau und Weiterentwicklung der IT-Security in Deutschland von Strategie bis operativer Umsetzung
