About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You will manage the AI roadmap and progressively transfer external expertise into a robust in-house structure.
You will identify and prioritize use cases across the value chain, develop concepts, and support them organizationally and technically through to successful go-live.
You will independently implement initial iterations, integrate APIs, and verify technical feasibility together with IT.
You will coach internal “AI champions” within the business units, reduce reluctance to engage with AI, and establish a sustainable training program for the entire workforce.
You will define clear KPIs (such as user adoption and time savings) and track the measurable business impact of your projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience at the interface between business and tech with a focus on AI and automation projects.
Proficient prompt engineering skills and basic knowledge (e.g., Python) to operationally integrate APIs and AI tools.
Confident German communication (min. C1) and fluent English for international rollouts.
