About the role
- Drive the execution of Network Security consulting business
- Architect the operating model for technical delivery
- Ensure alignment and delivery of business outcomes
- Act as the Leadership Sponsor for strategic accounts
- Build and develop a high-performing team of technical professionals
- Maintain high utilization of PS consultants through optimal planning
- Achieve global service margin targets
- Build relationships with subcontractors and delivery partners
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Drive continuous improvement across the delivery of Professional Services
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, or Technical Support
- 5+ years in a formal leadership role managing regional and/or matrixed teams
- Strong foundational understanding of Internet security concepts and products
- Knowledge of NGFW and SASE architecture
- Experience managing performance against KPIs related to deployment, adoption, margin, and utilization
- Skills in Professional Services Automation and Sales Management tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or commensurate experience
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP and/or PMP highly desirable
- Ability to travel up to 25%+ domestically to customer sites
