• Own the operating rhythm — a structured cadence of virtual CEO group support sessions, 1:1 advisory, portfolio reviews, and hands-on support between meetings, designed in partnership with a top executive coach.
• Leverage your expertise, your network, and Palm's network to help founders move through the milestones that matter in B2B — ranging from validating the business thesis, to finding first customers, to scaling sales and marketing, to finding product-market fit.
• Interface with Palm leadership to share insights, proactively flag concerns, and inform portfolio-wide strategy and platform evolution.
• Spot gaps in resources, expertise, and/or experience and connect CEOs to the right resources fast, whether that’s Palm’s platform teams (legal, finance, recruiting), or a difference-making industry expert.
• Coach founder-CEOs at regular cadence and as-needed, providing hands-on support — making decisions with balanced urgency and psychological safety.

Operating Partner, B2B – Fractional

• Interface with Palm leadership to share insights, proactively flag concerns, and inform portfolio-wide strategy and platform evolution
• Spot gaps in resources, expertise, and/or experience and connect CEOs to the right resources fast, whether that’s Palm’s platform teams (legal, finance, recruiting), or a difference-making industry expert.
• Coach founder-CEOs at regular cadence and as-needed, providing hands-on support — making decisions with balanced urgency and psychological safety.

Operating Partner – Fractional

Sales

• Owning the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through close
• Identifying, prioritizing, and penetrating target enterprise accounts
• Translating customer pain points into compelling, outcome-oriented sales narratives
• Developing relationships from senior practitioners through VP, SVP, and C-suite buyers
• Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes involving multiple apps, products, and buying centers
• Evangelizing Localytics’ value across customer organizations— leadership, marketing, product, and procurement/finance.
• Partnering closely with the CEO on high-stakes deals, executive selling, and negotiations
• Establishing foundational enterprise sales playbooks, including discovery, qualification, pricing, packaging, and competitive positioning
• Consistently close new enterprise logos
• Deliver material new ARR from enterprise customers
• Build a repeatable, credible enterprise sales motion
• Build and maintain a healthy, multi-quarter enterprise pipeline
• Accurately forecast deals and communicate risk early
• Establish clear qualification standards (what to pursue, what to walk away from)

Enterprise Sales Lead

Software Engineer

• Define and execute the company’s technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with product goals and business objectives. Translate product vision into a robust and scalable engineering strategy.
• Lead the development and maintenance of seamless, robust integrations with major enterprise platforms.
• Oversee the development, testing, and production deployment of agentic solutions. Implement best practices for MLOps, monitoring, and performance tuning of AI models in live environments.
• Serve as a leader who actively engages with the codebase and delivery process. This includes leading delivery sprints, performing code reviews, and actively involved in developing proofs of concept (POCs) to validate architectural decisions and set technical standards for the team.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a distributed engineering team. Foster an engineering culture that balances rapid delivery, operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
• Establish SDLC processes, automate CI/CD pipelines, elevate QA standards, and develop incident response protocols to enable high velocity, availability and reliability of our platform
• Navigate the inherent ambiguity and resource constraints of a startup environment. Make pragmatic trade-offs between speed, quality, and technical debt.
