About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end implementation of StartupOS solutions for customers
Serve as the primary point of contact post-sale
Guide customers through onboarding, rollout, and adoption
Manage implementation timelines, deliverables, and program execution
Translate customer workflows and pain points into tailored AI-enabled solutions
Deliver measurable value throughout the engagement lifecycle
Partner closely with sales, product, and technical teams
Provide structured feedback to influence product roadmap and implementation strategy
Help develop repeatable implementation frameworks and best practices
Identify expansion opportunities based on customer outcomes and evolving needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in consulting, implementation, strategy, operations, or customer transformation roles
Background from a top-tier consulting firm or similarly rigorous environment (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG, Deloitte, Accenture, etc.)
Experience working with venture capital firms, family offices, financial services organizations, or executive stakeholders
Strong program management and client execution capabilities
Exceptional communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving ability
Comfort working across both strategic and operational conversations
High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
Curiosity and enthusiasm around AI-native business models and emerging technologies
Prior AI experience is not required — adaptability, strategic thinking, and execution capability matter most.
