• Generating new business opportunities in East Germany through outbound prospecting (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, direct calls).
• Qualifying leads and conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs.
• Managing and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-ups.
• Running tailored product demos to decision-makers and explaining the return on investment (ROI) of our solutions.
• Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a smooth handover to Account Managers for onboarding.
• Self-sourcing six or more $25K+ opportunities per month and maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Documenting all sales activities and interactions in our CRM (HubSpot) to optimize tracking and forecasting.
• Adapting quickly to feedback, continuously improving messaging, and staying up to date with industry trends.

Account Manager

• Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value and increase customer adoption of Pallon’s services
• Lead contract renewal discussions and secure long-term commitments from clients
• Develop strong relationships with decision-makers in municipalities, engineering firms, and inspection companies
• Act as the trusted advisor for clients, helping them understand the ROI of Pallon’s solutions and providing strategic guidance on their sewer management processes
• Ensure seamless onboarding of new users within existing accounts to expand product usage
• Track account health metrics and proactively address risks to reduce churn
• Collaborate closely with Sales representatives, Customer Success Managers, and Technical Support Engineers to ensure clients maximize the value of our solutions

Sales Development Rep

• Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, company websites, and industry events; qualify leads based on defined criteria and track/manage them in a CRM.
• Conduct outbound communication including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach; craft compelling, personalized messages and communicate Pallon's value proposition.
• Arrange qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives and follow up to confirm attendance.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Marketing to align strategies, provide reports on activity and pipeline metrics, and offer feedback on lead quality.
• Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and contribute to best practices and process improvements.
