Sales Development Rep

• Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify and research potential leads through LinkedIn, company websites, and industry events. Qualify leads based on defined criteria (e.g., company size, industry, pain points, budget, authority) and accurately track/manage them in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Outbound Communication: Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to engage prospects. Craft compelling, personalized messages and effectively communicate Pallon's value proposition.
• Meeting Scheduling: Arrange qualified meetings between prospects and Account Executives, ensuring accurate information is provided and following up to confirm attendance.
• Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align strategies, provide reports on activity and pipeline metrics, and offer feedback on lead quality. Stay up to date on industry trends and Pallon's offerings.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in training programs to enhance sales skills and contribute to best practices and process improvements.

Sales Development Representative – SDR

Account Executive

• Generating new business opportunities in Germany through outbound prospecting, including cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct calls.
• Qualifying leads and conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs.
• Managing and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-ups.
• Running tailored product demos to decision-makers and explaining the return on investment (ROI) of our solutions.
• Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a smooth handover to Account Managers for onboarding.
• Self-sourcing six or more $25K+ opportunities per month and maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Documenting all sales activities and interactions in our CRM (HubSpot) to optimize tracking and forecasting.
• Adapting quickly to feedback, continuously improving messaging, and staying up to date with industry trends.

Account Executive, DACH

Account Manager

• Managing a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of engagement and retention. The main focus will be on the German market, with additional clients in Germany and Austria.
• Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize account value and increase customer adoption of Pallon’s services.
• Leading contract renewal discussions and securing long-term commitments from clients.
• Developing strong relationships with decision-makers in municipalities, engineering firms, and inspection companies.
• Acting as the trusted advisor for clients, helping them understand the ROI of Pallon’s solutions and providing strategic guidance on their sewer management processes.
• Ensuring seamless onboarding of new users within existing accounts to expand product usage.
• Tracking account health metrics and proactively addressing risks to reduce churn.
