About the role
- Generating new business opportunities in Germany through outbound prospecting, including cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and direct calls.
- Qualifying leads and conducting discovery calls to understand customer needs.
- Managing and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent engagement and follow-ups.
- Running tailored product demos to decision-makers and explaining the return on investment (ROI) of our solutions.
- Negotiating and closing deals, ensuring a smooth handover to Account Managers for onboarding.
- Self-sourcing six or more $25K+ opportunities per month and maintaining a strong pipeline.
- Documenting all sales activities and interactions in our CRM (HubSpot) to optimize tracking and forecasting.
- Adapting quickly to feedback, continuously improving messaging, and staying up to date with industry trends.
Requirements
- 3- 7 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, ideally in SaaS, AI, industrial technology, or infrastructure-related industries.
- A proven track record of closing deals worth $25K or more and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills and experience running product demos and ROI-based sales presentations.
- The ability to self-source leads, manage the sales pipeline, and drive outbound efforts proactively.
- Strong adaptability and coachability, with a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
