About the role
- Identify, prospect, and secure new marquee, regional chain, and wholesale accounts across the West Coast
- Leverage existing buyer, distributor, and wholesaler relationships to drive new distribution
- Own the full sales cycle from introduction through authorization and launch
- Build and manage a new book of business from the ground up
- Coordinate with trade marketing, operations, finance and sales leadership to support launches and growth
- Represent the brand in key customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events
Requirements
- At least six (6) years of experience in sales and/or account management positions inside sales roles
- Recent experience in key account management positions is highly desirable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with CRM systems is required
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; patient, professional, and team oriented
- Ability to work largely in West Coast times is required
