About the role

  • Identify, prospect, and secure new marquee, regional chain, and wholesale accounts across the West Coast
  • Leverage existing buyer, distributor, and wholesaler relationships to drive new distribution
  • Own the full sales cycle from introduction through authorization and launch
  • Build and manage a new book of business from the ground up
  • Coordinate with trade marketing, operations, finance and sales leadership to support launches and growth
  • Represent the brand in key customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events

Requirements

  • At least six (6) years of experience in sales and/or account management positions inside sales roles
  • Recent experience in key account management positions is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with CRM systems is required
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities; patient, professional, and team oriented
  • Ability to work largely in West Coast times is required
